Jay Donald Hilfiker, 18, is the third child of Jeff and Brandi Hilfiker. Born in San
Antonio, Texas,he moved to Mississippi at five weeks old. Always the inquisitive one, Jay is also quite witty and loves spending time with family and friends. His hobbies include woodworking, piano, guitar, and taking things apart to see how they work. He enjoys athletics and has competed in baseball, flag football, and soccer. Jay’s last four summers have been spent in Holtville, California, working on his grandfather’s hay farm. This year he began pursuing his private pilot license, the first step on his path to becoming a professional pilot. Jay is excited to begin his studies at EMCC, while pursuing an aviation career.
