Sarah Beth, or “Peasant,” as she is affectionately known, is the firstborn daughter of Jack and Emily Redwood.
She began homeschooling in ninth grade and quickly came to appreciate the freedom and flexibility it offered.
An entrepreneur like her father, Sarah Beth started her own baking business at twelve years old and soon added babysitting to her business to support her Starbucks and Chick-fil-A habits.
Sarah Beth values meaningful relationships, both with the kiddos she has been able to watch grow and with friends and family who regularly remind her to be grateful for a dependable car.
She’s a lifelong member of New Covenant Church, where she serves in the nursery and assists with events.
She is currently working as an intern in event planning.
When asked about the future, she quoted Andy Dwyer. “I have no idea what I’m doing, but I know I’m doing it really, really well.”
