Katie Allen

Katherine Elizabeth Allen, the seventeen-year-old daughter of Mike and Rachel Allen, is the oldest girl and has four sisters and five brothers. She is thankful to have been homeschooled her whole life. Katie aspires to learn and understand many things including graphic design, the Bible, classic literature, sewing, baking, computer programming, writing, philosophy, and the why behind important topics. She also enjoys volleyball, paper crafting, and spending time outside in sunny weather. Although Katie is unsure of future plans, she is looking forward to living out God’s design for her.

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths” (Proverbs 3:5-6).

Jeremiah 29:11-13

For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.

Proverbs 3:5-10

Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. Do not be wise in your own eyes; fear the LORD and shun evil. This will bring health to your body and nourishment to your bones. Honor the LORD with your wealth, with the firstfruits of all your crops; then your barns will be filled to overflowing, and your vats will brim over with new wine.

Ephesians 2:10

For we are God's workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.
