Elisabeth Nolan is the daughter of Jimmy and Angie Nolan and has homeschooled her entire school career. With a great love of the outdoors, she enjoys horseback riding, hunting, fishing, playing guitar, and walking the railroad tracks in Tibbee. She has published a poem entitled ‘Dawn’, which was selected by the Mississippi Writing/Thinking Institute to air on MS Public Radio. Dual enrolled at EMCC during her senior year, Elisabeth has plans of attending there this fall. With plans to major in creative writing, she finds comfort in this verse: Psalm 1:6 ‘For the Lord watches over the way of the righteous, but the way of the wicked leads to destruction.’
